1. Our commitment

Gamepad Tester respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of this site to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, DMCA.

2. Filing a copyright infringement notice

If you believe content on gamepedtester.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to the email address below. To be effective, the notice must include the information listed in the next section.

3. Required elements of a valid notice

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, such as the specific page URL.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that do not include this information may not receive a response, since we cannot act on a claim we cannot verify or locate.

4. Counter notification

If material you posted or that you believe was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter notification. It should include your name and contact information, identification of the removed material and where it previously appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal court.

5. Repeat infringer policy

We reserve the right to remove content and, where applicable, restrict access for users or contributors who are the subject of repeated, valid copyright infringement notices.
